A layered espresso shooter. Hot bitter espresso hits first, then cold sweet milk rushes in underneath and washes it all down. It's over in about two seconds. Not a sipping drink, not trying to be.
How to order it at the counter
Start with: Tall cup, served as a 3-4 oz shot
- 13 pumps vanilla syrup in the bottom of a tall cup
- 2Add a splash of milk and swirl
- 3Have 2 shots of espresso poured slowly on top so they float
- 4Do not stir. Drink it in one go.
Say this
“Can I get a tall cup, served as a 3-4 oz shot, with 3 pumps vanilla syrup in the bottom of a tall cup and a splash of milk and swirl? Could you please have 2 shots of espresso poured slowly on top so they float and not stir?”
