Mint chocolate over espresso, built to taste like grasshopper pie and mostly succeeding. The breve's half-and-half makes it substantially richer than the latte version, which is either the point or a warning.
How to order it at the counter
Start with: Medium Breve or Latte
- 1Order a medium breve — or a latte if you want it lighter
- 2Add chocolate syrup
- 3Add mint syrup
- 4Ask for crème de menthe flavoring if they carry it
- 5Iced or hot, both work
Heads up — Crème de menthe flavoring isn't stocked everywhere. Mint plus chocolate gets you most of the way there.
